The nose offers a sweet and fruity aroma with hints of vanilla and caramel. the port wine finish adds a subtle note of red fruit that complements the bourbon’s natural sweetness. there’s also a slight nuttiness present that gives the aroma a nice depth.

I really wanted to give this one a fair shake. I kept coming back to my bottle regularly over the course of about a year. Some days it hit. Most of the others it didn’t. I got a ton of rye spice on it which isn’t my favorite. If you dig that, this is probably perfect for you. But it wasn’t for me.
